Safari won't load the document to E-Sign.

I completed a finance agreement earlier using my Ipad to do the application, i got accepted (great news). Just i cannot load the part to E-sign the document on the ipad and it needs to be completed on their, as i can't gain access to a unfinished application using another device, any help would be much apprecaited.

Also swapping browser to google chrome to try and load up the application doesn't work either 😟
