There is also an issue with swollen batteries that can cause this issue, if you are under warranty bring it in for sevice. If you are not bring it for service/diagnosis, the disgnosis is free and they will give you your options.
No matter if it is a swollen battery, you need to know, as this can more damage. Have it assesd asap.
