Resolve error 2721

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I have not been able to install the last 3 or 4 iTunes updates as I receive the same error every time. I have tried everything I could find on this site (so far) and with Google searches. I have run as administrator. I have saved the download and tried to install it that way. I have uninstalled iTunes and tried to re-install it. And the list goes on although it seems to be short with the solutions found, as they are few and repetitive. Version 11.0.2.25 is the current version that I have and it gets no better. Of course Apple wants one to pay their exhorbatant fees for support. This is BS. Any solutions other than what I have mentioned.
