Integrated or discrete graphics

What are the limitations on the integrated graphics on the 15 inch retina MacBook Pro?

I 3d model - no gaming -?and have one 1920x1080 monitor and wondered whether the iris pro graphics could handle it?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
