IPhone turning off by itself

My 4 month old IPhone 5 keeps turning off by itself every five minutes and then turning back on. I have googled why this happens and i keep hearing to reset my phone, take it in to Apple or letting it die then charging it. Does anyone else know some other ideas?? 😕 Thanks!!
