If not, repair permissions and restart your computer and see if that fixes it.

yes... before it was working .. i was using the beta 10.9 and it and after efxs stopped... after the full release i made the download of full 10.9 and install and adobe begin to working again but compressor nome... i uninstalled cleaned and reinstalled it so many times and nothing yet ...

I'm trying to understand what you mean by not being able to run the program. Does the user interface load? Csn you add source files? Apply settings? Submit jobs?
