Iphone 5 docking - can use old dock for ipd 4th Gen

Hi, I have an iphone 5 but have three docking stations for standard Ipod touch 4th Gen. Can I get some kind of adaptor to allow me to use these as I dont want to replace them and the kids have ipods so need to be able to use the docks for these and my iphone 5.

I have tried a couple of adaptors and they did not work, though did get them off Ebay.
