iPhoto can't open library

iPhoto can't open library

I just upgrade iphoto form 08 to 9.5. But it keeps asking me it first needs to be prepared. Anyone can help? Thanks

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

You might be needing to downloand and run the upgrader which is found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1523

Thank you so much photosb189. I found the problem I has is that we only have iphoto library upgrader 1.0 yesterday. I saw 1.1 version from apple support this morning, but the link drove me to 1.0 still. Now 1.1 version seems available and it do solve the problem.
