error 30: read only file sytem

Hi All,

I have a problem by reinstall osx lion, by start downloading additionel components from apple by ~2 min stopped the downloading and I see an error log: "Install Mac Osx Lion (449:8a03) File creation failed /Library/logs/DiagnosticReports/Installer_2013_10_23_040933_localhost.diag - uid:0 gid: 0 euid: 0 egid: 0 - error 30: Read-only file system"

Whats next?? How can I irreverz the read-only status?
