Very keen on the new update of iWork, especially Pages.
But unfortunately I can't find the two-up function anymore. This function would allow one to view two pages at the same time.
It used to be on the bottem left corner under the view section. It don't see it in the view nor the zoom menu.

same problem here. i was told it doesn't and I'm freaking right now. this is a proposterous outrage. i am starting to grow a real deep hatred against apple a bit more every day with every update and every worsened feature. not to say how former pro users are treated and let down today by no longer supported systems without alternatives... instead of everyone hyping their products apple should receive a huge lecture in the press!!!

The two-up function was one of the main reasons I switched from a Macbook to an iMac.
This is so wrong especially since they empahsised the hardware/software/services in the keynote yesterday.
These are everyday, simple functions that you cannot exclude in the software.
i hear you. i can't believe it myself. im furious with apple right now, and you cant reach anyone to help you or get a statement from. i want to know what they were thinking doing that.
This is a feature I use a lot. Very much hope it makes it back soon.
Did you spot the 'setup' button in the top right corner?

already reverted to pages '09 and looking for a professional text processor. thank you apple. dismissed.
It's not the best fix, but I've selected View->Show Page Thumbnails, then stretched that right-hand border to make the thumbnails bigger. From there, you could scroll to get the previous page lined up with the page you're editing, but it's a pain.
Apple guys: please give us this feature back! Those of us who type longer documents really need it!

It's me, user error. It can't be them.
I have faith.. they will suddenly appear in this thread and tell us oh, it's under the X menu, just press Ctrl+Alt+Magic and you can do it.
There's no way they did all this extremely cool stuff to make pages available to me everywhere and then eviscerated the two-up view that I absolutely need in order for this to do what I need.

For some silly reason it also marked your repsonse as our salvation which, unfortunately, is not.
That is fantastic. Apple Support automatically detected me as one of the "faithful" and marked my response of "believe" as the answer.
Beyond perfect. Change nothing.
(Except for the completely ******** lack of two-up view).

I am very disapponted too. I purchased Pages '09 only two weeks ago to be able to work on the rough version of a cookbook I'm writing. The "two-up" function was crusial for me. Now my project looks like a mess. I sent a complaint to Apple but I doubt it it'll help... Can't belive this!
I have a tech ticket open and will be speaking with the software engineers in a few days to confirm or deny that this feature (along with others) is actually kaput. I will let everyone here know if I get concrete word first.
i was on the phone with them today for 2 hrs with several problems about pages 5.0 - especially the incompatibility with my older macs only being able to run pages '09
so far the ticket was escalated to development but i have not heared back yet. will keep you posted as soon as i receive any information on how to adress the issues
