I can't find split into row.
I have to split cell into new row under some same column but I can't find this function in new Numbers which I just update an hour ago.

Now you can Merge and Un-merge. Split seems to be gone.
Still, I don't understand what you want to do. I don't get "split cell into new row under some same column".
See if Merge does what you want.
