Hi Everyone

I living in Japan and I had purchased in September a McBook Air 13" with OS Mountain Lion updated today to OS Mavericks.

This unit don't have iWork so my question is

Do you know why latest McBook Air don't have included this basic software?.

We have also a latest 2009 iMac, all iPhone models (3*/3G*/3GS*/4/4S/5 and 5S) and iPad. All devices running with latest OSX and iOS

Your help will be highly appreciate

iWork is free with the purchase of a new Mac, but you may have to download it. Open the App Store and look under Purchases, it should indicate that you have access to Free software.

Dear Sir

Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate. Obviously I had try to download from App Store but show me ¥ 2.000 per aplication, so is not available to download for free.

I'm not sure the reason about that, but is really strange, even I download for free in my 5S Pages, Numbers and Keynote.
