They did an option on the MacBook Pro 's with ant-glare screens.
You can tell the difference as the screen around is sliver and not all black like the glossy screened MacBooks Pro's.
Not aware they done this option for the MacBooks, only the MacBook pro's
You would need to contact apple to see if this is an option for their current MacBook Pro range.
The iBook is very outdated, so I would suggest a MacBook as a better option. Purely as it has more life than the iBook in terms of more current applications support.

Where can I buy this macbook pro with anti glare screen? On the apple site and stores only glossy is available.

Try contacting apple in your country and see if they still offer it as an option.
Personally I'm not sure if they do now.
You could buy a used MacBook Pro with ant-glare screen.
They often come up on auction sites like eBay.
