Folder action script

Hello,

Would anyone know how to - using apple automator and/or apple script - to create a folder action that, when files are dropped into it, they are sent to a dedicated FTP site - and, ideally, if after the upload was completed, a report was generated showing all the files that were successfully uploaded. I use cyberduck. I'd greatly appreciate the help. Thanks!!
