Upgraded to Mavericks last night. Since then, no internet connection. iMac connects to the right AP but shows an exclamation point.
Wifi was working before the install and the other Macs with previous versions of OS X are connecting fine with the same AP.
Anyone had a similar problem? Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you tried deleting the network from the Preferred Network entry list and re-connecting to the network ? What wireless router make and model are you using ?
I have the same problem.
In my case I have a router with double band, on in 2.4GHz and another one in 5GHz, the 5GHz stops to work after upgrade to Mavericks, it's takes the IP but it says it has no internet connection.
Hoping someone find out what happens. I remove the entrance in the Preferred Network, restart the system with no luck.
2.4GHz SSID works correctly.
Can you ping your wireless router when connected to 5 Ghz ? Have you tried rebooting your router once ?
Right in my case worked rebooting 5Ghz wifi band in the router without changing nothing, only rebooting that.
When It was not working router was unrechable via ping.

Can you try rebooting your time capsule and see if that helps?
Did it already didn't help.
I actually try to connect with other AP i have at home but result is the same. I even removed AP password information from the Keychain and tried again, didn't solve the problem.
Can you do the same with Time Capsule AP. I don't see a setting that will turn off 5Ghz.
Try this: System Preferences > Network > Location > Edit Locations.. > Plus sign to add a new location (call it anything you like) > then done > then make sure you Apply it (bottom right)... Turn wifi off then turn it back on and try to reconnect.
Split the SSID's for both 2.4 and 5 GHz and have your MAC associate to the 5 GHz network
Can you do that with time capsule AP?
yes, from the MAC, launch "airport utility" and then get into the TC and change the wireless settings. Here's the KB article to help you do that

If you don't have network connectivity that could be a problem. Cable up the MAC to the TC and then configure the device and once configured associate to 5 GHz network
