iTunes, erase and sync don't what to erase my iPhone

Hi, my computer broke and I got it fixed I reinstalled iTunes and I connected my iPhone and it says "Erase and Sync" i don't what to erase it what can I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
