I can't sync exchange calander to my iphone
iPhone 4, iOS 7
I would start by contacting your Exchange administrator and making sure that they support this and that you have the correct settings.

I just need the steps to sync my iphone calander to my microsoft outlook calender.
Is this Outlook on your personal calendar? Or is it a work calendar?
