Where do I access the location for upgrading IOS 4.? on my son's 4S iPhone?
He can't find the upgrade link in settings.
I have 7.0.3 on my iphone and can't help himas the access point is appartently different.

He doesn't have iOS 5 on his 4S? He would need to upgrade through iTunes, since iOS 5 brought OTA updates. Then, he might be able to see iOS 7, or iOS 6.
OK...
He "currently" has 'hocked' his computer access.
So, he wants to know if there is a workaround.
Like what happens if he sets his phone to 'restore' original factory settings?
Will it upgrade his phone to the 7.0.3 that is current or leave him at 4.?
If he does a Restore then the system installed will be 7.0.3. He needs to do this using iTunes on the computer.
