Is anyone experiencing BTMM issues with Mavericks? It was working for me yesterday and this morning. Now I can't connect to any of my machines. According to the System Status page all is good. My network settings haven't changed (locally or on the LAN) and I'm trying to access computers in 3 different states (Colorado, Wyoming & Michigan). I just keep getting the generic 'Connection failed to "host"' error...
seriously? Nobody? Same thing again today. This morning i could connect sporadically...now nothing. Apple's system status page still says all is good...
What model Macs are you attempting to access, what OS X versions are installed on them, and what model routers are they using?
Are they always powered on or have they normally woken up from sleep for remote network access using BTMM?
Thanks for the response! I'm dealing with a combination of Mavericks and Mountain Lion systems (ARD 3.7 and 3.6.2 respectively). I'm attempting to connect to machines that are awake and plugged in to power. I'm accessing both MacBooks and an iMac and a Mini

No worries, but since this one is marked "solved" it's not likely to attract any more attention. Try starting a new Discussion which may elicit responses more useful than mine. Include all the system details as you can think of, including router information. All routers should work, but I'm only using Apple equipment. Others introduce an element of uncertainty.
This may be a new problem with Mavericks, or not, it's too early to determine. Troubleshooting BTMM can be incredibly time-consuming.
