Is anyone having trouble with their thunderbold drives and displays on the Macbook Air after 10.8.5 and Mavericks?

It seems that my Macbook air can not detect anything plugged into my thunderbolt port after the 10.8.5 upgrade. I upgraded to Mavericks after noticing the problem and still have the problem. The devices were working on 10.8.4 without a problem. It looks like I have the latest firmware etc.
