Hi, I have the same problem but my Mac are one iMac 21.5" Late 2009, I need this sistem but my software for make music are no longer supportedin other late OSX sistem, In my case no work this solution and said ono more and more"This copy of the Install OS X Mavericks application can't be verified". I download the Maverick´s instalator more than 3 times and same result. Other idea for this problem?

Tried this SEVERAL ways over the last 2 days 14 downloads total.. Only thing I havent tried is blood sacrifice.... Getting frustrated..

Did you delete the previous application before downloading the next try? If so that may be not what you want to do. One user reported the same problem and the fix was to leave the damaged app in place and download a another try.

Did them both.. funny thing is I cant say its a 'system' issue. I have a macbook AND an iMac and both of them are having the same issues as are the rest of the world it seems. In this instance I REALLY wish Apple hosted torrents LMAO

I have the same problem...but its little different. I downloaded Mavericks, createed flashdisk and install it on my macbook pro 2012. Than i used the same flashdisk and also wanted to install on second macbook pro 2011...and i got this popup.

I dont know if it will help u, i had the exact same problem! Nothing seems to work... What i did whas remove my 8gb ram and replace them with the original 4gb.. Boot up the device, download the mavericks upgrade and after that it started to upgrade... Now busy installing so i do not know if its 100% guaranteed fix.. If i do not post back, it worked for me!

I created a bootable OS 10.9 using USB and get the same error. The USB works for upgrade but kept getting the same error for clean install.

I received the same error message. I removed my expanded memory (RAM) from 8GB down to the factor installed 4GB, deleted the last install, reinstalled Mavericks and the install worked fine. You must delete the previous install after returning to factor 4GB and redownload Mavericks again.

I Had the same error message after 3 tries i disabled Little Snitch realising it was still running. After that it worked fine. So not sure if Little Snitch had anything to do with it but it was put into incompatible apps folder after update

Same problem here.

Opend Mac Mini in recovery mode, repaired permissions and checked HD: everything ok. "Hardware-test" showed no problems, too. Had some problems with the 10.8.5 update recently and made a complete new install two weeks okay.
