Table of Contents not updating in Pages 5.0

Since downloading Pages 5.0 yesterday, I've made changes to my Heading 1s in my document. The Table of Contents should update, as I've changed the title of the content and the page where it shows up. That doesn't seem to be happening any more.

I've also tried using the tools under the Format section, clicking the "Heading 1" option on and off, as well as the #'s box, but the contents do not update.
