Clean install of Mavericks, Restored boot camp but can not boot into windows

I had to do a clean install of Maverick, restored through time machine. I had backed up my windows partition using clonezilla and got in back into its own partition. Eveverything seems to be in place, but windows no longer shows up in the boot menu.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9)
