I got a Itouch 5 not long ago and after syncing my music to it I realized that a lot of my songs were missing. I thought that maybe they just didn't sync properly but when I check my Itunes library the songs aren't there at all. I go to the Itunes store to see if they've been purchased but it hasn't. The strange thing is the songs that are missing are on my Itouch 4 but nowhere else. Why has this happened and what can I do to fix it?

It sounds like you are not able to locate some of your purchased songs on your iPod touch (5th generation) or iTunes on your computer.


First, I recommend checking to see if you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to purchase these songs under Settings>iTunes & App Stores on your iPod touch. If you are not signed in with the correct Apple ID, follow the steps in this article to change the signed in Apple ID:

Once you are signed in with the correct account, you can use the steps in this article to download the purchased music:
