Hi,
I need to use the Mac OS 9 Mexican voices, Catalina and Carlos, in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
I found the files but I don't know how to port them into Lion.
Please help.

http://www.cereproc.com/en/products/Mac_OSX_voices is a third party Mac OS X voices company. They may know what is needed for conversion.

No luck with them.
Unfortunately you are probably out of luck. I might have been able to tell you 6 years ago when there was a lot more PowerPC software out there, but Apple has since moved off PowerPC software not to mention Mac OS 9 software. You can try some of the old search engines on my website though*

And if you recently bought a Mac, call AppleCare and ask them to update those voices for Mac OS X,
or go to http://developer.apple.com/and say it is a feature request through the http://bugreporter.apple.com/ after registering for a free online developer account.
