Q: I hate the new tags in Mavericks, need coloured folders!!

I'm sure you're familiar with the ToU agreement that you agreed to when signing up for these forums. Maybe have a re-read of section 2.2 as I believe your posts are begining to fall under this category.

You did read the ToU when you signed up didn't you?

Let's all stop feeding the trolls and focus on the subject of the thread.

Cool. So labels are certainly still there,  just hiding, waiting to be turned back on to all of their original glory.

Fancy folders are fun, but for me at least they don't solve the problem down to the file level like Labels. Path Finder seems super-useful to some, but is a bit offensive to my minimalistic tendencies. I'm going to wait for other solutions. In the meantime I will just be ten times slower than I was last month while using the finder.

GLADD might help you with colored folders.

Nothing else your constant repetitious replies will accomplish. we get it: you think Mavericsk is all that and no one else needs to comment on it.

Don't really see what your purpose in this discussion is. If you like Mavericks, fine. Use it and enjoy it in peace.

Shouldn't have to. But some here are obviously here for nothing but a rant and a moan. The issue has been dealt with and answers given to what they and yourself can do. That's all. They wish to ignore it and thinkApple will come flying in here and restore the old feature for a handful of them. Well, good luck with that. The only way you will get through to Apple is through
