Hi! After i updated my Macbook Pro to OS X Mavericks.I'm unable to use iCloud Keychain because need SMS verification that is not available in my country(Cambodia).
Anyway to bypass this or is there other way?

It sounds like you are setting up iCloud Keychain and need to provide a mobile number for SMS verification. It looks like Cambodia is not listed for you because iCloud Keychain is not yet available in that country.
