After installing iOS 7 all my keyboard shortcuts are gone and worst of all I even can´t create new ones. When I try creating a new shortcut and archive it nothing happens... Anyone have similar problems or maybe a solution? And yes i´ve tried the most common solutions 🙂 Thanks!

I have the same problem.
It seems to be linkend to the synchronisation of Documents and data with Icloud : I found this explanation in several forums for IOS 6 a(for example http://forums.macg.co/iphone/raccourcis-clavier-hs-ios-6-a-1201194.html, in french) and it seems to be the same thing in IOS 7.
If you inactivate the synchronisation for Documents and data to Icloud, you will recover your shortcuts, but it doesn' seem to be a stable solution.
Thanks :-) It partially solved the problem. Some of my shortcuts are back, but I still can´t create new ones and "settings" freezes when I try accessing them :-/
Yes me too : the settings freeze (in fact, it's not freezing, it's just very long to show the list of shortcuts).
It seems there's a real bug...
I'm facing the exact same issue. It takes very long for the settings page to load, some of the shortcuts I added don't work, it takes like forever for me to apply any chances, which, by the way, are not in sync. One more thing: I can't add new ones.

Just had the same problem. The guide in the link below solved it.
I have iPhone 4 with latest version of iOS 7 and just created a shortcut for use with Text Messages and it works great. Settings>General>Keyboard>Create Shortcut (I don't use icloud, if that matters)
I May be a little late to answer this.
Did you add a 3rd party keyboard? Foe some reason the KB shortcuts seem to be dependent on the KB they were created with.
