I can't upgrade my iPhone 4 from iOS7 to iOS7.0.3

Can anyone hlp please?

My upgrade to iOS 7 went very smoothly but since then I cannot upgrade any further.

I would like to resolve the iMessage and Control Centre issues.

The Software Update option tells me that I have an update available and let's me go through the motions of upgrade.

However, after all the usual download/verification/prep for update steps my iPhone re-boots but still has the same iOS as before.

iOS 7.0.3 upgrade works OK with my iPAD and "company" iPhone 4S but not with my iPhone 4.

Anyone had the same problem and got a fix?
