Didi you tried the 4 Rs basic troubleshooting steps:

Restart:

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.

2. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data

Restore as new

When you restored, did you restore as a new device or from backup? If from backup, restore as new. Follow this by syncing your content back to the phone. Follow the directions in the support article I provided you a link for.

If the issue persists after restoring as new, make an appointment at any Apple store.

This used to happen to my i5 and it was caused by a bad battery. Apple replaced it no charge.

Bring your phone in to get looked at. There is a tool they use to determine the health of your battery and can replace it on the spot if necessary.
