safari hanging

I updated my iPad2 & iphone 4S to IOS 7.0.3 two days ago, & on both devics when i try to use safari - its hangs, then shutsdown. I cannot acces the settings for it neither , that to hangs & shutsdown

Im on my 4th restore as new devices - lost a heap of settings because of this & safari still DOES NOT work

this must be a bug, but Apple arnt interested unless i pay for support - very wrong & its happening to a lot of other users too

Me too on my iPad3 (A1430) has been a brick since iOS7 .. Safari hangs every time, cannot add a second iCloud mail account, the setup wizard just hangs and crashes out. Lots of other niggles but these two alone have killed it. Have also done three restores back to 7.0.2 and then 7.0.3 but doesn't achieve anything. The upgrade process from 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 also killed it, needed a factory reset then.

well i found a way to get the iPad & iPhone back, do a reset content & settings over wireless & make sure your language setings & location settings come up properly, once i got british english & UK up in the start screen things went swimmingly

for some reason if your local settings dont show & you do as i did english , europe & then uk it went tits up...i immediatley restored until my counrt & language settings showed up properly, meaning a bad reset/erase via itunes

do it wirelessly seems to work better
