I downloaded a TV programme from itunes, the audio and video don't match

Hi,

I downloaded an episode of a TV show but when I watch it, the sound and the video don't match so the programme looks like it had been badly dubbed. When I click pause and then play, the audio/video match up for about 5 seconds but then go out of sync again.

I am using the latest version of itunes on windows 7.

First, confirm that re-downloading of TV episodes is available in your country by checking the iTunes in the Cloud section here:

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085

If redownloading is available, delete the video from the iTunes library, allowing iTunes to move the video file to the Trash. Then download the video again from the iTunes Store via this procedure:

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519

That fixes the problem for many people. If problems with the video persist or redownloading of TV shows isn't available, go here:

iTunes Support

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Regards.
