My iPhone 5 is stuck on the white Apple logo screen after trying to update to i0s7.0.3

I tried to update it around 4:30 pm yesterday (Eastern Standard Time) and It's currently almost 11am, and it is still not unstuck. My lock button also doesn't work and most of the fixes involve the lock button. I've let it die so i could plug it but it goes right back to the apple screen, and my laptop doesn't even recoginze that it's plugged in. The closest Apple store is like an horu away so I need to find a quick fix or I'll just go to my local Sprint store after school.
