My iPhone 5s will not pair with my provider's router. Why?

How can I match my router to my iPhone 5s? My 4s did it just fine. Also, my AT&T hotspot on my phone will not work either. I tried resetting the network settings to no avail.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2

if the two links provided doesn't help with your hotspot issue, then contact AT&T and make sure your provisioned to use hotspot.
