Apple TV - no download tab

Hi all,

I tried to rent a movie and rented it and started to play it. But in a while i needed to get out of it and when i did the movie was gone. When try to re rent, it says "you have already rented so go settings/downloads and watch it again. There is no download unfortunately in the settings tab.

So i couldn't watch, i couldn't download and i paid already .

What should i do? Please help
