calendar event status OS X Mavericks

I can't find it either. According to Calendar help, there should be a "Show As" field where you can toggle busy/free, but I don't see it on my events.

I think this is server specific. I can see this option for google but not for my company's calendar.

I have the same problem. Has anybody come up with a solution yet?

I just talked with Apple support on the phone, and they confirmed that they feature has been taken out for iCloud calendar. If you have a different calendar server, such as Exchange, the "show as" (free, busy, etc) option will still be there in the Calendar app.

I depend on that flag to indicate my availability using the BookFresh booking app, so I will definitely be submitting feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html
