How can I replace my broken iPhone 5

How can I replace my broken iPhone 5 now that the iPhone 5s is out and I can't get a new iPhone? I'm under apple care.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.3

Apple has plenty of iPhone 5 in stock for the purposes of replacement. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar. Your phone will be exchanged.

No Apple will replace your phone with a 5.

If you want the new phone you will need to purchase the new phone.
