I just upgraded to Keynote 2013. I have an animated intro video that loops and is designed to have a seemless transition back to the start of the video giving the illusion that the video is endless.
It would do this in Keynote 09.
Now the video "staggers" or "stutters" for a split second.
Has anyone experienced this or knows any fixes.
Also when I mouse over the video a playbar appears at the bottom wish I do not want on the screen.

Hi Glen. I'm not getting the stuttering problem that you described. What format is your looped movied in? I tried it with a few different .mov files and they work just like they always have.
If you don't want the playbar, you can press the 'C' key on the keyboard to hide the cursor. Without the cursor, the playbar won't show up.
Yes, I have the same stuttering-problem. I use keynote 6 on a brand new macbook pro retina (the most havy one) and there is a lot of stuttering. Video stutters when moving to the next slite. Stuttering as well in the magic movements between two slites. I hope this bug will be fixed soon because it gives a low quality appearance. I stay with Keynite 5.3 as long as this problem is not solved.

I am using .mov files. I even tried to make a new presentation and put the file in the slide show.
I did notice that it did not stutter when I played it in the audit slide. But if I play the slide show it stutters.
Is yours looping smoothly with the slide show playing?
I tried using the C key but only the curser disappeared the play menu on the bottom of the screen stayed.
