Hello.
Does iPhone 4S' iOS 6 not allow users to multitask on it (e.g., apps like Notes, addressbooks, etc.) while talking on the phone through its Bluetooth? If not, then does iOS7 fix this? Or is this a limitation with
iPhones? 😟

That would depend on what carrier your using.
It works for AT&T.
What do you mean?
What is happening when you try to multitask?
When on a phone call and you hit the home button (whether BT, headset or earpice) the call will be a persistent green bar at the top of the screen.

Disconnections.
Sorry then, Verizon doesn't offer that.

Verizon's network does not support simultaneous voice and cellular data. Only GSM networks support that (AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S.).

I meant the apps. that don't required Internet like Notes, Calendar, Phone/Address Books, etc.
Disconnections? Eh? It hangs up/terminates the call?
Have you reset your network settings? (if not, do so)
Switching to another app should work just fine. Simultaneous data is the only limitation because of the network.
Reboot...
Restore...
Restore as new...
See if one of those fixes it.

Not yet. Does that require to re-enter all the data then like wifi, passwords, etc.?

I think it clears/refreshes the PRL for the cellular connection too.
