QTSS and Mavericks

Mavericks erased all my QTSS files. Never fear, I had backup copies (mostly).

Now the situation is this: my QTSS seems to be running (after a couple restarts), but I am unable to login to the administrator page. I've been through the terminal steps to reset the admin password. Even created a new admin user with a new password. No luck.

The server is running, but does not accept my logina admin name or password as valid. Seems that the Mavericks install somehow broke the login function.

Any hints as to how to get into the QTSS admin when the login function is not function?
