I changed internet providers and email accounts. I have managed to set up a new Apple ID but my I-phone is not recognizing it.

I recently changed internet providers and thus had to set up a new email account. I managed to change my Apple ID but my I-phone 4S is not recognizing it. It still brings up the old user ID. I am also unable to retrieve Windows Mail (also wants old info) I synced my phone. What else can I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3
