godaddy question

While I do not forward any domains to .mac, I do use domain forwarding at godaddy.com, here is their policy,

Your changes have been submitted!
There will be a short duration while your request is pending update. During this period, several details of the domain(s) will be temporarily unavailable.
Domain forwarding changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
For domain forwarding to work, the domain must be set to use our Parked Nameservers.

I have found the domain forwarding to work as fast as 30 minutes or so, I've never had one take more than a few hours and never 24 hours... Best wishes on your project, Rick

I just recently set this up (GoDaddy forwarding to .Mac). I wasn't paying that close attention, but I think it was up and running in a couple hours.

Dual 1.2 G4/Intel Mini Dual Core Mac OS X (10.4.6)

I set up a domain name with GoDaddy a week ago and had it forward/masked to my .mac account and it was forwarding in less than a couple hours. The previous poster is correct in that their policy says it could take as long as 24 hours.

Everything has been working great so far.

Congrats on breaking the Top 10!!!

The time it takes for GoDaddy to put your settings into service has varied for me. It's usually within the hour, in my experience. Once it took over 2-3 hours. But I have never experienced any longer than that. And I change my settings quite often...sometimes multiple times in a sitting when things are really changing. If you have any concerns, their customer service line is always there, too. I have found their reps to be very knowledgeable and responsive.
