I just updated Pages. Screen frozen. Cannot open or create new. iPad A1459, 7.0.2 Please help.

Reboot and force close did not solve problem. Still stuck on startup scree. I need access to my documents.

    Most of the problems (not all) can be solved by switching iCloud off just for Pages in Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data> Pages (off).

    You will however lose sight of all your documents in iCloud

    Any new documents you create will be stored locally on the iPad, not in iCloud.

    You can switch iCloud back on again and your iCloud documents will eventually reappear.

    It's a temporary solution until Apple sort the freezing problem out.

    As a back up you could mail a copy of the document to yourself.
