iMovie update says: My video card does not meet the minimum system requirements

I have early 2008 Mac Pro 3.1 and after update to Mavericks when I try to update 9.0.9 iMovie with 10.0 update (10.0 came up after Mavericks installation) it says that my video card does not meet the minimum system requirements.

I have this update ready to install in App Store but I can't process with this update.

My video card is: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB, 6GB RAM, 2x2,8 Quad Core.

Strange think I have also half 2009 Macbook and there was no problem with the same iMovie new update. Video card on Macbook is: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB, 4GB RAM, 2x13 Intel Core 2 Duo.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

The best Mac Pro solution is the Apple-firmware 5770, about US$250. It works in every Model Mac Pro, and Drivers are in 10.6.5 and later.

Well I use my Mac mostly for music with Logic Pro like 90% and its power is enough for this, 10% I sometimes need to make a short video that is why I use iMovie for, from time to time.

Can I buy 5770 from ebay as it was for PC than transfer this to Mac?

If you buy the less-expensive PC version of the 5770, it does not show a picture under Mac OS X less than 10.8.3; and does not show Startup screens, Installer screens, Debug screens, or Alt-Boot screens -- at all, ever.

And this is the compromise:

does not show Startup screens, Installer screens, Debug screens, or Alt-Boot screens -- at all, ever.

EDit: the 5770 is an AMD/ATI card, not an NVIDIA card. Better support for ATI/AMD cards came in 10.8.3, but with the same compromises.
