You can duplicate a copy of your own Mavericks download for install on other Machines you own. Yes.

I'm still running OS X Lion and have never downloaded OS X Mavericks, can I still install Mavericks on a MacBook Pro somehow? I have an aftermarket Samsung 850 EVO SSD, so I'm concerned with any issues with Kext issues. This is why I'm hoping to install Mavericks and not Yosemite or El Capitan.

Duplicate it from what?
Since you never downloaded it before, you do not have the option of getting a copy from the App Store Purchases tab. Unless you have Mavericks running somewhere else, there is nothing to duplicate.
