CDs from Waveburner play silent on every other track in cd player

When I burn a CD from WaveBurner, it seems like it only renders the top songs on the upper track (main view). When I play the CD in my car, it's just silent for the other tracks. When I play it in my computer, it plays fine. I'm not going to throw out my CD player, I am making a bunch of copies and I want it to play right on everyone's devices.
