MY PHONE HAS REBOOTED FROM NEW UPDATE AND I CAN NOT LOG INTO MY APPLE ACCOUNT NOR LOG INTO THE EMAIL ACCOUNT I USED FOR ICLOUD

I NEED MY PHONE TO WORK ASAP OR ATLEAST BE ABLE TO RECIEVE MESSAGES THROUGH EMAIL BECAUSE I HAVE IMPORTANT **** TO DO (COLLEGE, BUSINESS, FAMILY MATTERS)
