When using the new dictation Mavericks is there a verbal command to backup or delete?
I can't seem to find this information anywhere.
I guess the whole verbal command list would be great.

How can I make Mavericks distingish between normal words and dictation commands?
If I use the enhanced dictation, I get gibberish. If I use it without an enhanced dictation works just fine that is what I used to dictate this note

i find the enhanced is worthless. other people have told me the same. what am I' doing wrong.?
It would help to know the commands to put spaces between words, and to not capitalize random words. I've tried "no space off" and "all caps off," but it still drops spaces and adds extra capitalization.
