ERROR CONDITION SLO XOD. Any thoughts

I am trying to launch a web application that utilises Java. Java is fully up and running. At one point I get:

"An error was encoutered while dowloading the target application from the secure gateway and could not fetch the...

ERROR CONDITION SL0 X0D"

I have upgraded the operating system and checked all the Java parametres (security, etc)

Any thoughts?
