Since upgrade my devices are not showing up in iTunes when I try to sync.

Since the upgrade, I changed internet carriers with a new email address that's different from when I got my iTunes account. When I try to sync my devices, my devices don't show up for me to sync. Not sure if it's an iTunes or computer issue. I didn't have this issue before the iOS upgrade. Can anyone help?
